User Account, Password, and Security
Upon completing the registration process for using our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details (username and password). In addition, you agree to (a) immediately notify isart gallery of any unauthorized use of your account or account login or any other breach of security; and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

Confidentiality and Security
Only authorized personnel can access your personal data. If it is necessary to entrust other units to provide services due to business needs, this website will also strictly require them to abide by their confidentiality obligations and take the necessary inspection procedures to ensure that they will indeed comply.

To protect your account and personal data, please do not reveal your username or password to a third party, nor allow a third party to apply for an account using your personal information. If you choose to reveal your personal information to third parties, you will be personally responsible for any subsequent adverse actions. If your account username or password is compromised, please immediately change your password or ask us to suspend your account (we may ask for personal information to confirm your identity).

Changes to the Privacy Policy
You will be notified of any amendments to the Privacy Policy via email or website message. We will also post an announcement on our website. By continuing to use of our Platforms following any amendments, you would be deemed to have agreed to the amendments. You may amend your personal details at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to send you messages regarding isart gallery 's news and services, and management announcements. These messages are regarded as a part of your membership agreement, and cannot be opted out of.

Returns & Refunds

If there is an item that needs to be returned, it must be delivered by the buyer or packaged in the original packaging material, and the buyer will pay the freight and send it back to us.

After confirming the status of the artwork, the confirmation and refund process will take about 6 weeks.

My artwork arrived damaged

If there are any defects in the artwork, they will be described in detail on the page, and the condition of the products will be reconfirmed whth buyer when a order was established. 

In the event of unfortunate non-artificial damage or defect during delivery, please take a picture and contact us, we  will reply as soon as possible.

Cooling-off period

All artworks purchased on this website are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period. Within 7 days of receiving the goods, the buyer may request a return or refund.

However, should the artwork be damaged or acquire defects while in the possession of the buyer, the gallery will not be able to provide a return or refund. The responsibility will be on the part of the buyer.

How do I check the status of my order ?

If you have any questions about your order, please click on the 'Order inquiry' link and fill out the request form, we  will reply as soon as possible.

How long does the delivery take ?

You will receive your artwork within approximately 14 business days after payment is received. If there are special circumstances, the staff will notify you by email.

2.您可至全台店內之多媒體機台(ibon、FamiPort、OK-go、Life-ET)上列印繳費單

3.至超商櫃台以現金繳費。

 

條碼繳款

1.藍新金流將會發送條碼繳費單至您的電子信箱,您也可開啟印表機立即列印條碼繳費單。

2.建議您使用雷射印表機列印條碼繳費單,確保條碼品質以利掃讀。

3.您可持條碼繳費單至四大超商(7-11、全家、OK超商、萊爾富)櫃台以現金繳費。

Delivery

The delivery time and price of the artwork will depend on the size of the artwork and the delivery area.

As deliveries abroad require manual quotation and collection depending on the region, transportation method and taxes, orders are to be paid in full and in advance.
